I have game pass paid as part of my phone contract but it's saying payment has failed but...

However another point further down says;

"No. The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is included in the Xbox All Access purchase. You cannot cancel your membership and reduce your monthly payment."

I assume that this means during the initial 24 months but it is not very clear.

Any thoughts?

Xbox All Access includes Xbox Live Ultimate. The above just states that you can't sign up to it and cancel the Ultimate Membership in an attempt to reduce the monthly payment. Once the contract ends you can cancel Xbox Live Ultimate as it's considered paid.

It's comparable to buying a phone with a specific contract for 24 months. You can't cancel part of the contract to reduce the monthly bill.

You need to contact a box Support, no ne here has the ability to access your account

I will tell you that since they're handling your billing, it is their responsibility to communicate that to MS.

This part is not legal. In Germany we have some specific rights.

If one part of contract break it the other part has the right to cancel the conract and the part who gets a payment have to refund the Things other part cant use the following time.

For example: If I pay for a Service over one year and after half year the other part give me only the half Service I paid for, I have to notice him that I miss some parts of Service. If he didnt help me and I cant use the Service as I paid for I can cancel
contract and get my Money back.

It is not important how I communicate with other Players. You can block my communication because this was my mistake. But if you block Multiplayer Feature which I paid for you didnt fullfill the contract. It would be another thing if I modify my console
and want to use Multiplayer but I didnt. I only used bad language if I write to other Players. Thats not a reason to cancel my Multiplayer for 2 weeks without a refund.

I've pre ordered mw3 vault edition. My card has already been charged and successfully paid on the 27th August. I've received my weapon blueprints and what not. Now I just received an email from Microsoft saying that payment has failed. But yet it's already been paid for. Hope people aren't getting scammed from this

my account has been suspended and says I must sort out payment options. I paid for 12 month gold membership and it accepted it on Microsoft account but will not let me log in to the online part says I must play offline ??
