    The issue is that I am unable to have the gamertag "Hyperverse" engraved onto a controller over at Xbox Design Lab

    even though it does not go against the Code of Conduct, which is the response that Microsoft Support had given me more than one time. The site clearly allows gamertags to be engraved.

    Hyperverse is the term used to describe the megaverse of cyberspace being a container of Metaverse's and Xenoverse's.



    This word that I thought I had just made up actually has a meaning that can't possibly go against the Code of Conduct. It even ironically mentions PSN and XBOX in a further explanation of what it is. The design lab site has a flaw that is preventing this
    word from being used. I would just like it to be fixed. Someone on Xbox already has that as a gamertag already, so I'll never have it. The site needs to be corrected to check existing gamertags before it shuts down more new customers in this situation. Hyperverse
    is my brand. I have had this username for a long time and built a YouTube channel on it. All that I am asking for is to correct this problem so that I can purchase a custom controller with my username. I am at a wall right now. I don't have any other place
    to go to try to get this resolved. This is technically false advertisement for crying out loud! Shouldn't that be something Microsoft would try to resolve? 2 days of some less than helpful responses about the Code of Conduct and all I get is a referral to
    this site. I was speaking to Franz M

    who told me that they were the highest point of escalation and could not help me. He told me that Microsoft Support team could not help Support me based on an issue with a Microsoft product.

    I don't want this to be made into something bigger than it needs to be. I just want a simple engraving. Please help me resolve this.

  2. Have not received my Alan Wake and Quantum Break Windows 10 PC code.

    I have not received my codes either and have tried to resolve this multiple times via support chat and on the phone. Add me on Xbox Live as I am filing a false advertisement lawsuit on Monday due to the fact that Xbox/Microsoft is not taking care of this
    issue and has repeatedly lied and gave us the run-around regarding this issue

    I am not applying to the beta, nor am I asking to. I am asking for permission to the Beta Team forum. With the help of Xbox Live Support Chat me and my friend (who does have the beta) have found a bug that is preventing me from using my microsoft points.
    I was told to seek information from a moderator in the Beta Team forum to help resolve my problem.

  5. You just helped to prove my point that Microsoft doesn't care about their false advertisement. I want you to tell me why "Hyperverse" is against the Code of Conduct. If you don't know than you can't use that as an answer. I don't want someone else to just
    stroll on by and slap me with the generic FAQ answer that I found on my own to begin with. Do you see that there is nothing wrong with that specific username? It is someone's existing Gamertag. Why can't it be engraved. You can't blindly stand by a Code of
    Conduct. Know your stuff people. I would also refrain from asking for my feedback at this point. You do not want it.

  6. The feedback website is the best place to post if you want to see a change to this since the teams are collecting feedback through that system. As I mentioned previously, you'll need to change the spelling of Hyperverse to make it work. We can understand
    the frustrations, but we don't have the ability to make any changes to this.

    We appreciate your understanding and please feel free to create a new post in the appropriate thread if you have any other Xbox support issues.
