I have forza horizon 2 hub not sending rewards to game

It has been very difficult o get any assistance with this issue. My multiple attempts to contact the game developer have been frustrating. They ignore all pm and emails I send and told this to the last rep I dealt with who told me that was the only option.
This is considered a first party game and this the run around I am given is uncalled for. Curently, I am logged in under my profile but the problem is with my son’s Rubinred29 have been reaching out to turn 10but not getting any assistance from them. Please
help me

Forza hub / motorsport 7

I own forza horizon 3 and motorsport 7 for the xbox.

When collecting the rewards from the forza hub they show up in horizon 3 but not in motorsport 7.

So far I have uninstalled and reistalled both motorsport 7 and the hub.

Any help to resolve would be much appreciated.

 

Missing horizon 3 loyalty rewards after claiming on forza hub (PC)

I installed Forza Horizon 3 on my PC a few days ago and then remembered that i can get forza hub to redeem my loyalty rewards for playing the past games. I boot up forza hub and hit claim on around 3,000,000 CR in loyalty rewards. It has been a few days
now and i have not received my rewards.

I would be grateful for any help on this .

 

I am missing my tier 3 car (2013 viper )and cash ($300000).

I know there were some problems early on in the game but I thought they were all fixed by now. I've successfully received all my rewards so far. If you haven't already - try doing a power cycle on your Xbox One. I think that's fixed the issue for some.

 

I tried those steps and it didnt resolve anything. From what I had read on other forums it was something the developeed need to fix on my account. Tiday, I did get my cash reward but not teh 2013 Viper car. Hopefully, this issues is resolved next week when
I reach tier 4.
