Hey there Ace! To promote your account to an adult account, you'll need the adult account that is tied to it. If you have forgotten the login info, I would try going to xbox.com/forgot and see if that helps you remember any forgotten information.

Yeah but the thing is, this account isn't the one being charged (sorry if I didn't make that clear) but it is actually the account that I have forgotten all information for :/
