    How can I change my family settings pass code when I forgot it and I forgot the answer to the redeem question?

    Ok well my parents put this family pass code on my xbox and then forgot the pass code and forgot the question to it. So how can I change it?

    If you or your parent forgot the parental pass code, then they will need use the Reset Pass Code option. If they forgot the answer to the security question, your only option is contacting
    Microsoft Phone Support so they can reset it.

    also to add it is not wise to post your serial number in a PUBLIC forum anybody can use that piece of info instead of you.

    yes doing an compromised account case will return your account in stolen account cases but not forgoten passwords
