I have, for the first time in 6 years, received an enforcement ban on my profile?

I have, for the first time in 6 years, received an enforcement ban on my profile? I am curious to see how I have received this, being as I have not played online for ages (Due to Fallout) - I stream occasionally but thats about it.. It seems entirely unfair
to not be informed about WHAT was reported, and WHO reported it. I have built an excellent reputation over 6 years of online gaming - and now suddenly I am bad enough to Ban?

I received a communications ban 2 days ago (no coms until 6/11)

I received a multiplayer ban 1 day ago (no play until 6/12)

NOW i receive a CONSOLE BAN UNTIL 6/30/17????????

How can you ban my console with out giving me a reason?

The enforcement website shows me only the first 2 bans and their end dates. (no explanations)

The support phone line tells me my console is banned (no explanations)

The support chat line tells me my console is banned (no explanations)

Is this a joke? I've been a customer for 10+ years, paying monthly for your service, buying your xbox models and accessories......

I HAVE SPENT AN INSANE AMOUNT OF TIME TRYING TO GET ANSWERS FROM YOUR SUPPORT TEAM. CAN I PLEASE GET AN EXPLANATION?

BANED 31 12 9999 HEELP

Permanent bans are not issued lightly so it's either not the first time you've received enforcement action or what ever you did was so severe a perma ban was the only option.

If you have filed for a case review you will have to wait for the decision.

I have since found it was an Activity feed item? If this is the case then I have been stitched up - Barely even use it.

Doesn't matter if you've used it only once.If what you share is against the ToU/CoC it will result in a ban/suspension if bought to the attention of the enforcement team.

What if the game is 18 and I share swearing from characters in the game, could peple report me and get me banned?

Yes.Your activity feed follows the same rules as xbox live so must be rated "E" for everyone

Hello Steven,

As many of ambassadors and mods have said there is only one option and that is the Enforcement site. There is no one from enforcement that monitors the forums. Also being this ban is over 6 years ago, the time frame to find anything out is long gone. So
the answer is no there is no one on the forums that can tell you why the profile has been banned.
