I have followed the support forum on how to properly plug-in an xbox one but none of it works

Now let me start off stating that I have had this console for years but I've recently moved it from the living room to my room and when I plugged it in it would not turn on. Any advice?

Help!!!!!

So I was directed to this thread by support and I followed the steps and it worked for my none hard drive games but still won't work

I have a slim xbox with a 250 harddrive

Started just after I downloaded borderlands two on July 29 at 7:00 pm pdt

I have followed all steps but nothing works...

Unable to find my Xbox one in devices on windows Xbox app

I am unable to find my Xbox one on the add device section on the Xbox app on my tablet.

I have followed all support online on the Xbox one help and none of it has worked.

IP addresses are the same but still nothing.

Any help is gratefully received

We would not suggest sharing addresses or account info on the forums as they are public.

As for the channel lineup issue, is that channel lineup part of your TV providers package?

Let's have you follow the support article for the
OneGuide to be sure everything is working properly.

If none of those steps work be sure to reach out to your cable provider to look into this further.

Also, there might be something wrong with the port that the cord plugs into on your Xbox One.

If none of these suggestions work, try contacting Xbox Support.

Thanks for your post. I understand you are looking to use a USB headset on your Xbox One console. Headsets that have a 3.5mm jack can be plugged into your controller and are supported automatically, a headset that uses USB as connection media may run into
support issues. If the USB headset does not work properly out of the box, please contact the manufacturer of your headset for information on how to properly configure settings for your device.

Where did you purchase the Xbox One X console from? If none of the controllers are syncing even when you use a cable, that seems extremely odd. Do the controllers at least work properly when they are plugged in to the console via a wire? If the controllers
are working on your old Xbox, but not the new one then it doesn't seem like they'd need to be updated either.
