I have factory reset my Xbox and still shows I am off-line

What's your Xbox console model?

May I confirm if you're referring to your console itself as the one that's offline where you couldn't play games or connect online? Or you're referring to your Xbox account or profile which has a status of offline?

Hi , I have a gold subscription but am still showing the issue, I have literally tried everything down to factory resetting my console and still shows Goldflake?

I am still having the same issues, and Microsoft has been no help. I called their support line, and their suggestion was "try a different ethernet cable" but during the internet speed test I did on my laptop, I am using the same ethernet cable that is hooked up to my Xbox and seeing the higher speeds. The ethernet cable is not the issue, and I am still no closer to figuring out why I am having this issue. I even factory reset my Xbox.

Only the Factory reset can be used by preview members using the off line tool, If you still have problems you should post in the preview forums.

I got the ports open late last night, I removed the Xbox one from the DMZ and I still have an open NAT.

I am assuming as I reset the router to factory default it does the whole thing where the lines unstable for a few days? as my ping and download speed is all over the place now
