I have error code 0x80070070 0x00000000 0x90130005 so can't get online. What is it and how do I fix it? The error code support doesn't recognise the codes..

This is an x box one. An xbox update not a game update

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
