    I enrolled in the new experience and was wondering when I would be accepted. I signed in first day and have been patiently waiting. I would appreciate a boost of time in change over. I have been a preview member for both Windows 10 and Xbox One and would

    Only a very very very small number of people are being brought in to each release wave.

    Unlike the normal preview where the enroll pending time is fairly short, the enrollment period for the NXOE is expected to be a significant amount of time.

    Bottom line, you could be waiting for several weeks or you might get in tomorrow. Patience will be your friend!

    I have had basically the exact experience described by Eaky Beaky, and have tried all the troubleshooting steps he has described. I have never been enrolled in the Xbox Insider program.

    Groups disappearing.

    Unfortunately, reinstalling my profile didn’t help. I added some games to groups Sunday and they were gone Monday night.

    Also this Xbox One was purchased new, so it’s unlikely that it was ever enrolled in the preview program.
