    I have downloaded the Microsoft Start app and I have scanned my six receipts. But I have yet to receive my 1000 rewards points and I would like to know why? Is there something else that I need to do? Please advise.

    Forza 5 - Cannot Download/Install from Microsoft store.

    are you downloading with the microsoft store or the xbox app, i have been finding that the xbox app starts like it is about to download then 0% and goes back to install.

    I opened the windows store, installed from there and worked perfect.

    Cancel the download from Xbox app and start it again from Microsoft store app

    I finally got mine to start downloading. To change the download drive location go to Profile in the top right corner of the Xbox beta app, then click on settings. There you can change the download drive. What was weird was even after I did that it still
    wouldn't download using the app. So I went back to the Microsoft store app uninstalled it and started the download again from there and it worked. Hope this helps someone else out.

    Do you have "Let apps run in the background" switched on? I've had the same problem with downloading, and when I switched on this option (Windows Settings->Privacy->Background apps) for Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Store and Xbox, everything started to work
    properly.
