I have done the Nexus challenge on hereos of the storm but i dont have the rewards on xbox ...

I recently completed the nexus challenge on heroes of the storm and linked my battle.net account, however when I logged onto xbox and went on overwatch, there were no rewards. Does anyone have any clue why?

So recently I have gotten back in to playing a PC game called Heroes of the Storm created by Blizzard. Upon learning more about Heroes of the Storm, I learned that for buying Overwatch : Origins Edition you are given some nice rewards in Blizzard multiple
games.

I purchased a Digital Copy of Overwatch : Origins Edition and never received the In-Game Goodies. I have also followed the steps Blizzard themselves give to those who attempt to gain these rewards on from purchasing on Console but to no avail, it did not work.

Can anyone suggest something?

I have done everything it said to complete the western challenge on xbox rewards but it hasn't updated saying that I have done any of it need help to sort it out

You would need to speak to Blizzard support to see why your rewards are not linking over, they can perhaps check to see your accounts are linked correctly to issue the rewards in HotS

the billing process in which your account was setup as is the problem if you where setup on yearly or monthly bases and you change it then the system doesnt acknowledge it, you need to call 18004myxbox and have them change your billing options so you can
use the one month card, that is all.
