I have done all the puzzles I have downloaded but don't know how to delete them

Discus and support I have done all the puzzles I have downloaded but don't know how to delete them in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I wonder if new puzzles will be coming ?     Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    DELETING PUZZLES THAT I HAVE COMPLETED

    How do I delete puzzles that I have completed. I haven't been able to delete any. I have done a lot of them and completed groups but still cant figure out how to delete. Please advise how to delete them so I can buy more.

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    Removing finished puzzles?

    The only way I have found to remove collections of puzzles I have completed is to uninstall and reinstall the game. It sure saves on whatever this game loads into memory, but I lose track of which sets I have yet to finish. SO I started keeping track of
    the collections in an Excel chart. The game tells you which sets you have previously downloaded. I keep track of which collections I want to buy in the future, how many puzzles were in the set (occasionally they add puzzles to a set I have completed), and
    if I have done all the puzzles in the set so I don't download them again.

    I'm sorry you have this problem, researching on the internet I was able to find that in the forum, the independent advisor Gerardo, recommends the following steps for a solution.

    Please try to solve the problem by doing the following procedures:

    1. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

    2. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

    3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

    4. Check if the problem persists. If so, you will need to reset your console to its factory settings, keeping your games and applications as follows:

    Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and keep games and apps.

    This way your console will be reconfigured and you will have to add your account again. No game or application will be deleted, nor will you lose the progress of any game since these are saved in the Xbox Cloud.

    5. Check if the problem continues.

    I cannot download puzzles and I have lost all my loaded puzzles
