I have difficulties to access my account

Hello every one.

Today, I have some difficulties, I can't access my account, the error the xbox give to me is always different but I can give you one ; 0x80048051. And it doesn't change when I restart or anything else.

One time during the day, I was connected, I played and in the middle of the game, i have been disconnect and the game stop .... (the last assassin's creed)

Also : I can't make any update even if I have a good connection with the xbox (according to the settings menu)

Help :'(

hi my xbox slim is not working right every time i access my account i am kicked off i cleared my cashe and deleted my profile and redownloaded it and it still didnt help and all my internet connections work.... ( And every time i access my account on a different
xbox it works just fine with out any difficulties)

Gold on 360 and One

I'm having some issues at the moment with Fifa 14 and multiple gold accounts on the XB1.

My account with Gold is on the XB1, my son who has XB360 in his bedroom also has gold. But after installing FIFA14 under my profile and then adding my sons XBL gold account, I can access the online part of the game, but my son gets the following message:

"your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature"

Should we both have access to FIFA14 online? Or is it restricted to the profile that downloaded it?

Well lets start with the easier thing: if the system update button in the settings menu is all greyed out, there are no updates available at all. If you have your One setup to "instant-on" there will never be updates available for you as the One then downloads
and installs them when its not running in the background.

On with our account problems: There were some outages on the xbl services over the last days, so this may have affected you in loggin in. As all servies are running again right now, this problem should be fixed. If not, please post back here.

I still have some difficulties, but not about update (they are all done), but about access my account, I often get disconnected in the middle of a game, and after that, I can't connect anymore, the error code is 0x80048051. On some forums they explain that
restart the xbox works, sometimes, it works, but sometimes not, and I think this issue come to often.

I linked my PayPal account without difficulty. I even purchased some MP's.

Hello, there's no way to delete the gamertag or account that's associated with that e-mail address. You have to follow this process listed
here. Scroll down until you see where it says
"Switch gamertags between two Windows Live ID accounts".

Follow the instructions as pointed out and you should be able to move it, it is a pretty long process which does require a 30 day wait in-between but that's how it works no other way around it.

You can switch tags but you cannot merge accounts: ie., you can't combine GS and/or achievements between any two accounts.
