I have destiny 1 on my original x360 account and the vanilla disk for Xbox 1

Oh, you are using a Xbox 360 disc with the digital upgrade.

I thought you had an original Xbox One Destiny 1 disc.

Do other Xbox 360 discs (make sure it's a backwards compatible game) work on your console?

I have the exact same thing happening on my Xbox as well. I have the original version of the Xbox One as well.

I see the problem when switching between YouTube and Destiny 2. I have however reproduced the issue with YouTube and Destiny 1.

I have only 1 profile on my xbox one, its the same gamertag as the one on the x360. Only played gears of war 3 on x360

There are several types of games involved here:

1. Downloaded from the store

- If your account is the account that originally downloaded the game, you should be able to download an use it on the second Xbox. Only the account used to download the content can use the content on the second Xbox.

2. Activated from the disk.

- You'll need to take the disks with you from Xbox to Xbox, or have a separate disk at each Xbox.

3. Activated from disk and using down-loaded-content (DLC) add-on.

- A combination of 1 & 2. Download the DLC on the second Xbox and carry disks or have a second copy.

4. Installed from disk.

- In my experience you still need to have the disk in the drive, even when you have installed the game. I do not see how transporting the HDD helps. I would handle this as in 2 (or 3) above.

Notes:

1. If the downloaded content was not downloaded with your account, you can only use it from the Xbox the content was originally downloaded on. The original downloader can transfer the licenses to the 2nd Xbox, but then you can't use the content on the
original Xbox.

2. To use your current saves via cloud, start your game, load your save, then resave it to the cloud. I believe some games do not allow you to switch save location from disk to cloud after the game has started, and this will not work.

3. Before the cloud storage became available, I used a transfer cable to carry my saves between Xboxes. If this idea sounds like what you need, we can go into more detail.

(2) beating Inferno Master 5 on Diablo 3 vanilla on the Xbox 360 with Princess Mia (my Sorceress).

(3) beating Halo 1, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3 ODST, and Halo Reach on the Heroic Difficulty Setting. I only played Spartan Ops in Halo 4.

(4) getting the achievement for not hitting anything during the canyon race against the final boss in NFS Carbon for the Xbox 360.

(5) reaching level 34 in Destiny for the Xbox One
