What's happening when you try to download it?

I just purchased a used Xbox 360, everything in my home connect to wifi perfectly. I get the same code, I have reset everything and deleted my cache and deleted my account , but I can't connect so it didn't let me download my profile back. But it still isn't
connecting because of the code

Good afternoon I've actually tried this and it doesn't even work I've deleted the profile from my Xbox and it still doesn't do that and I have a 360 the one that I used to play a lot of games on and it's still not letting me sign in I deleted it I got rid of all the cache deleted all the games and everything and some of them I moved and it's still not allowing me even though I put in the app password

i wanted to know if i already exchanged my disc once if i could do it again. i can play the game but it dosnt spin rightaway and when i turn my 360 on it dosnt spin so it takes forever for my xbox to get to the dashboard. iREALLY NEED HELP its VERY frustrating
to be able to every game with ease but this one. i dont want to be sitting there praying it reads the fisrt time or if it dosnt i sit there jamming the disc tray in n out till it reads and i dont know whats wrong but noone deserves an irratating problem like
