I have contacted support about achievement issues twice now with no help at all.

Back in February I contacted support multiple times and posted in Xbox forums an issue with Fable Anniversary edition achievements not ever unlocking on my console, but were completed in the game. I got back to play the game again to unlock the achievements, again. Come to find out they wont pop for system because I already completed them in game. I gave support my IP address since the guy said they would remotely access my system and see if I had completed them which sounds crazy because you actually have to launch the Fable game and go to achievements in the game menu to see them unlocked. Nothing ever happened. Yesterday Quick Resume blocked a linear storied gameplay achievement from popping in Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice. Reset the game and unlocked the next achievement after the one that did not pop. Got on the phone with support, told them my issue and they had me reset my system with no luck. They said the "back office" was taking a while to respond to them so they offered to call me back and I haven't heard a word in 24 hours. If someone that is able to help in any way, shape, or form sees this, please help a frustrated gamer out. Thank you in advance.

Also it wasnt a bugged achievement. I explained what the issue was in my post. I replayed Hellblade from a non quick resume fresh start and re did everything i did the day before and it popped. Not a bugged achievement for the developer to look at. It is a quick resume issue for the developer of the console to look at. People need to stop "chalking things up" to oh well nothing can be done and stop being lazy and figure things out. Especially people who are employed by MICROSOFT. No response to my other reply, typical Microsoft interactions. I do not accept your answer as a solution because you act like you figured something out. This isnt an achievement issue, it is a lack of quality support and feedback issue.

Xbox support (who are just reading off scripts) cannot help with such issues, only the developer can. If the achievement doesn't unlock, then it is likely bugged. All you can do is report it to the developer, so they can look into it. There is nothing else you can do.

With Lionhead Studios no longer operating and Fable being rebooted entirely, it seems that the game may be dead to me then. Thank you for the response as I feared the answer may be that there is nothing anyone can do about it.
