I have contacted customer support about this issue and I was directed here to the forums plz ...

I have been stuck in the "Avoid Me" Reputation for about a month now. I have had this xbox live account for 8+ years and have never been reported more than I have while playing Overwatch. I received over 20+ reports in the month of November, there is no
way to dispute or file a case review, most of them are for Voice Communication, Or Unsporting Behavior, but I also received a handful of reports for "Cheating". Cheating because I am better at the game than most players, & How can I have bad voice communication
when 99% of the time I am playing with a team of friends in private chat... Regardless, I have been doing everything as directed by xbox live customer support as well as multiple forums/posts from other people who have been unfortunate enough to be dropped
into the avoid me rep. On the XBOX LIVE Enforcement page, it shows my reputation level going from green in October (Good Player), to Red in November (Avoid Me), and back to green today December 1st. Which means everything I have been doing should have worked,
right? WRONG! It still shows my account as AVOID ME on my console and I am still unable to play in most online matchmaking games. I have hundreds of dollars in dowloaded games that are only available on this account. Can someone please help me!? Please send
me a private message, there must be something that can be done I have followed the community standards and guidelines and I abide by all the rules and agreements of xbox live.

I've already read through that forum and hopefully posted all the necessary information so I can get an answer. Any idea as to why so many people have had this issue? Every time I've contacted customer support they said to wait and just recently they said
the codes were sent and directed me here if I did not receive them.

 

actually your rep is still avoid me

The enforcement page is not a live view of your rep

Your profile is however

So it is correct

And if you had communication complaints even if it's within party chat that's the issue

Either you don't communicate with your team members

Or its your friends reporting yoi

Cheating also means unsportmanlike behaviour which doe include not talking with your team or excessive cursing

If you have had communication bans maybe that's your hint rememebr online is supposed to be rated e for everyone

The only correction needed is your behaviour

Its not your opinion of yourself that is your rep

Your rep is what others think of you and that's how real reputation works in real life

You are either going to have to stay only in party matches or open no matchmaking like batttlefield war type games or mmorpgs like never winter or startrek for free or elder scrolls online till your behaviour changes and your rep gradually improves

 

AAbtherr is no reset button like in real life on rep

The community decides your rep not you
