    I have constant lag on games on My Xbox One S (Digital Edition)


    I've tried

    • Factory resetting
    • Power cycling
    • Diagnosing problems using the Xbox settings
    • Testing my connection
    I can't port forward or use an ethernet cable (due to my cat) as a solution. It seems to only be on my Xbox, as all my other devices work fine. It's also a sudden change and the console worked perfectly fine before.

    Xbox One Series S - I'm confused

    You have names mixed up. There are no consoles named the Xbox One Series S or Xbox One Series X.

    The Xbox One/One S/One X all have a disc drive.

    The Xbox One S All Digital Edition does not have a disc drive.

    The Xbox Series X has a disc drive.

    The Xbox Series S does not have a disc drive.

    All the consoles can play backward compatible games. The Series S and One S all digital edition can only play games digitally downloaded.

    The other consoles can play games from disc and from digitally downloaded,

    I hope this clears things up for you.

    But having digitally purchased JEDI SURVIVOR DELUXE EDITION.

    Just bought the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, which does not have a disc drive.

    I have a few games that i installed from disc to my Xbox 360, can i now download these onto my new Xbox One, rather than re-purchase them?
    I'm not sure you'd be able to play those old 360 titles on your All-Digital Edition Xbox One, unless you own a digital licence for a game, I think it uses the disc to prove ownership.
