I have no idea why this is happening, If they were banning me they would send me a message centre message saying that im banned, the funny thing is, i have not yet received this message so obviously something cheesy is going on here, i ve recently spent

No I don't get either of those options. I only get 'My Microsoft Account' and 'Mr Profile' and neither of them lead to any messaging options. I have no idea why this is happening to me.

Thank you Jonny: I was simply asking for any explanation as to the root cause of the ban, I was no way asking wanting or suggesting to have it lifted, as I believe "If you violate the ToS, then you reap the consequences" . I was just wanting advise as to NOT keep making the same mistake. Thank you very much for your prompt response in any case.

First of all, Thank you for the reply and the very simple answer. Ill be sure to remember that from now on. Again I understand com bans are given for a reason and I wasnt asking to have it striken, I just didnt know the violation that had occurred as the enforcement statements just copies my entire post with no subtext at all.
