I have Cold War purchased and I can’t even play campaign or solo zombies without purchasing...

I am very sorry that you are going through this situation, since you cannot play without the pass I would recommend you request a refund and I am truly sorry that you have this bad experience. The game, Call of Duty - Cold war , brought it from game stop , for the Xbox 1 console. I put the disk in it downloaded but still telling me to purchase game So I can play it ,checked today it's only letting me play Zombies and Multiplayer but no Campaign?

But as I logged into cold war it said, "please purchase to play campaign, multi-player, and zombies!" But the thing is I've already done that. It's just weird since I've never had this happen before. Not once in 4 years of using this xbox has anything happen. I'm gonna be calling customer support about this and see if they have anything to do with it or if they could help me solve this problem.

Once again still can’t play the new Cold War zombie map forsaken as it turns my Xbox off every time I load in to the game and what makes it worse I can’t even get a call back from Xbox live as it says there is a problem every time I put my number in for a call back

turns out it was vanguard i bought..but that only makes me more confused cause i can play black ops cold war zombies & campaign offline & never bought it lol
