I have codes for gears of war 1 and gears of war 3 but when i use it, an error message appear

3 days ago i bought gears of war 4, and it includes 4 codes to get gears of war 1, 2, 3 and judgment, but when i use the codes for gears of war 1 and gears 3 an error message appears, and i`d contact the xbox support but they told me that i need to contact
this page. And here i am, i really need help with this, because i love gears of war, and i sold the cds to use only the codes to play the games. Pleasee heeelp, the error message says this

Gears of War 1,2,3, Judgement codes from 4 pre-order are Duplicates.

I was messaged my download codes for Gears of War 1,2,3 and Judgment on xbox for my pre-order of 4. They were sent in 2 messages with 2 codes each but the 2 codes in each message were identical. I could only download Gears 1 and Gears 3.

The first message was supposed to have both Gears of War 1 and 2, but had two of the same codes for Gears 1

the second message was supposed to have both Gears of War 3 and Judgement, but only had duplicate codes for Gears 3

 

That error code is usually the sign of a region issue. Try going to
http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure your information is correct and your region is set for Mexico.

I recommend following the steps on our Xbox Live Account Region Migration page to make sure everything is
matched up. Once you've migrated your account region to Mexico, try the codes again and report back here!
