I have changed my gamer tag, now cant download or play games i had on 360 account

Apologies, but you can't download games that you purchased from your Xbox 360 on your Xbox One even if the game is available on both consoles. You will have to purchase the game separately for the Xbox One because it is a totally different console. However,
some games do allow you to purchase them at a discount price if the system recognizes that you own the game for your 360.

If you are trying to download your games on your Xbox 360 console to your Xbox One using your account. Please make sure that you are using the correct email address attached to your gamer tag (original tag that you used to purchase the games) on your Xbox
One console in downloading your Xbox Profile. In that way the system will be able to read that the said account already purchased the said games and will allow you to re-download them to your Xbox One. Same goes with your Xbox 360 just make sure that you are
using the correct log in information. And you should be good. If none of them will work please chat with support or call them.

For some reason my new gamer tag linked itself to my old gamer tag email address. I don't know how to change that and to link my old gamer tag back to my Microsoft account. I believe that's why I cant play as my old game tag. Is there a way to fix that?

Why did my gamer-tag change? It really didn't offend nobody ( BIgBOyLuvMiLPhz )it was a funny gamer-tag to make people laugh and this was my first time actually getting reported. My friends gamer-tag were funny but when they got reported they had to change
there gamer-tag to something else or they couldn't play live at all and you gave them a (FREE GAMER-TAG CHANGE), how come I cant get that opportunity to change my gamer-tag?

I cant go commerce.microsoft.com at this moment, I need some sort of verify code on my email ( i did change my email address and need to wait for change ). But that language / region is not huge
issue, can live with that.

My main issue is gamer tag. Got random tag CivilCarpet4446 and i couldn't change it from start in 2011. I have played a lot in AoE:Online an dbought the points and pack. But its frustrating playing on that gamer tag and cant join my friends and any other
players with it. I am playing online games more than 7 years now and all i want is mine nickname in game

I love AoE series and Online version as well. i have even made free account and tag change worked fine, but on CivilCarpet4446 i have some progress in game and packs / microsoft points. Thats the problem.
