I have bought premium - doesent work on my w10 PC

well that what they get for buying the broken premium pack, basically it doesent work

I too have this problems, started a day or two ago. Problem exists on both my W10 desktop and W10 Surface Pro 3 PC. I have the Premium version for $9.99/year. Uninstalled on both machines and cannot re-install on either machine, Download starts and when
license is acquired the same error message show up again. Hey Microsoft, time to fix this. I have downloaded Jigsaw Premium Puzzle from the store until the XBox Jigsaw gest fixed. If not fixed soon, forget this MS game, very disappointing as it is not the
first time I have issues with this MS Jigsaw puzzle game.

Not on the same pc, I tried on my surface and bought the premium version there. Don't know why I can't do it on pc. If you have the possibility to buy it on an other pc, buy it and you'll have premium on your pc too. That's how I solved it.

nope still not working all the updates are doen on my pc and store yet it still doesent work the services were all on automatic by default ill try again

when I go to online safety settings it doesent say allow premium content. How can I change it without going into 'online safety settings'?
