I have bought overwatch and I don`t received my code to play as tracer in heroes of the storm

I bought overwatch and didn`t received my code to play has tracer in heroes of the storm, I spoke to blizzard suport and they have told me that I need a game key to access that stuff, then I spoke to the xbox suport and they have send my here. Can you guys
send my the code?

Overwatch Pre Order

I bought the Overwatch Origins (pre order edition) from the Microsoft, but never received the codes for the digital blizzard addons. I have put in a couple of support tickets, but was finally told to make a post here to see if this team can fix the problem
for me. I believe the digital items that were supposed to come with the pre-order were:

Overwatch – Hero Skins – Blackwatch Reyes or Strike-Commander Morrison.

Diablo III – Mercy’s Wings

World of Warcraft – Baby Winston Pet

StarCraft II – In-game Portraits

Heroes of the Storm – Tracer Hero

In-Game Goodies

So recently I have gotten back in to playing a PC game called Heroes of the Storm created by Blizzard. Upon learning more about Heroes of the Storm, I learned that for buying Overwatch : Origins Edition you are given some nice rewards in Blizzard multiple
games.

I purchased a Digital Copy of Overwatch : Origins Edition and never received the In-Game Goodies. I have also followed the steps Blizzard themselves give to those who attempt to gain these rewards on from purchasing on Console but to no avail, it did not work.

Can anyone suggest something?

Go ahead and check out Blizzard's Overwatch: Origins Edition Digital Goodies for all the details regarding pre-order
goodies. As stated in the post, pre-order content will start arriving on May 24th. Here's the full post that's relevant to you! Be sure to link your Xbox Live account to your Battle ID.

Q. What if I digitally pre-purchase Origins Edition from the PlayStation Store or Xbox Games Store?

A. Players who digitally pre-purchase Origins Edition from the PlayStation Store or Xbox Games Store will be eligible to receive their in-game goodies starting on May 24.

In order to claim the Origins Editions digital bonuses, though, players will need to first link their Battle.net account with their PlayStation Network account or their Xbox
Live account. Once linked, a notification will appear upon launching Overwatch allowing players to unlock all bonuses on their designed Battle.net account.

It doesn't look like Overwatch bonuses go out for console pre-orders until the 24th of May. Take a look over at

Did you get the following:

• 5 Legendary Hero Skins

• 5 Epic Hero Skins

The main Xbox page, as you showed above, lists Loot Boxes for Cosmetics...the Store page lists lists them, just not as Loot Boxes. If you got the 10 skins, then you got what you were supposed to.
