    I paid for a monthly xBox Live gold subscription on the 29th Oct and then I was charged again on the 6th November again for 6.99. I am wondering why this happened and if I can be refunded.

    I was charged twice this month for my one month subscription even though I have recently turned off auto renewal. I did this because I will not be using my xbox live Gold account 1 month subscription for the rest of the year. Can I please get an explanation
    for this. I thought once I turned off automatic renewal i would no longer be charged anymore. If possible receive my refund.

    You as a user can review the purchase history of your account and the charge and the concept will be shown there. https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments and in turn in your Microsoft account Purchase History https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    Unfortunately, if the charge you indicate is not shown there, Microsoft Privacy Policy cannot provide any information and you must report these charges as fraud to your bank or payer.

    To get help with this issue, you will want to contact Official Xbox support's billing department. Go to
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    They have access to your account (unlike us volunteers) and can help you get things straightened out!

    on any account that you own. Also, you were correct in checking

    your order history
    for any charges that are appearing on your account. You may want to do this with any other accounts that you own. If you are unable to locate what the other transaction is for, we suggest reaching out to the
    Xbox Support Team. They will investigate the transaction by using your payment instrument. We will provide steps on how to contact the support team since our support website was
    recently updated. Be sure to let us know the results!
