I Have Been Wrongly Console Banned

Hello Xbox Team My Name Is Charles And I'm From Chicago,IL. I Have Been Using My Xbox Fine With No Problems. I Recently Moved Into My New Home And I Took A While To Get Internet Installed It Was Like A Month Or Two. As You Can Assume I Couldn't Play
My Xbox For Those Months. However When I Did Get Everything Up And Installed My Xbox Updating Which I Presume Is Normal For An Xbox That Hasn't Been Connected To The Internet. Come To Find Out My Console Is Banned With No Explanation Or Reason. I Did Not Tamper
With The Xbox At All Nor Have I Did Anything With ill Intention. I Have A Good Reputation And Everything And Lots Of Followers. (My Gt Is
) Plz Help I'm So Confused I Need This Appealed :'(

Account Suspension

Hello I have recently been banned from Xbox Live and I believe I have been wrongly banned as I have not done anything to receive my ban I have a very positive Xbox Live reputation and have never been banned before but I have been banned for one week.

BANNED!!!

Consoles banned between late August and Sept 9th may have been banned wrongly. If you can sign into XBL on your banned console today then you were one of those affected and can look forward to 3 months XBL gold and 1600MSP as compo. If you can't sign in
then you were rightly banned.

However, I did want to mention that the PET will usually not appeal console bans.

I am posting this to show that microsoft's "ban system" is not flawless and alot of people this "ban wave" have been banned wrongly. I am not the only one.

Any questions regarding the banning of a console should be directed to the following link

You will not be able to play online with the banned console. However, if your gamertag was not also banned then you can purchase a new console and do a license transfer and move the hard drive to the new console to continue playing any games you've previously
purchased.
