    I have been wrongly accused and my account was suspened


    I was notified my account was suspended. Your enforcement team website will not let me challenge this. I believe I'm being Cyber Bullied and my account may have been hacked.. How can Microsoft not allow someone to clear their name??????? This is terrible
    support.

    I have been falsely accused of cheating and need help to review as I do not have an option to review. I am truly disappointed in this manner in which I have been wrongly accused

    depends first you do realize you have tools available to you right?

    If it's a 24hour ban then it's not appeal able because it takes up to 24hours to get an answer and you pretty much served your suspensiom at that point

    If it's been upheld keep this in mind

    If you retaliate in anyway that breaks the terms of use it doesn't matter what they say everyone who is reported will be punished if the rules are broken even you

    Because you can actually use the tools give to yku

    Block and ignorw and mute I personally used it just a couple days ago

    Don't worry about it. If you did nothing wrong, nothing will happen. Xbox.com is not the appropriate location for Reporting anyone who does not follow the ToU/ CoC.

    The only true and correct method for Filing a Complaint is via the Console. That Filed Complaint is viewed by the XBL Policy Enforcement Team. They don't go on "word" or number of Filed Complaints. They go simply by the Information on XBL itself.

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB     to see any enforcement actions on your account & file for a case review if eligible.

    i think that there is enough posts on the forums about being wrongly accused that microsoft HAS to be wrong on some counts
