    Xbox One Mixer Pot 2018

    I have been waiting patiently for the mix pot games, last year I waited and never received anything and lost out, this year I don't want to lose out so I want to know what I need to do to claim the prizes, I watched all of the live streams from Mixer for
    E3 and I also follow Xbox on Mixer and still continue to watch streams that I'm interested in, thank you for your help.

    ok I earned all the mixpot rewards from the E3 mixer event. I have issues with 2 items. I got confirmation on mixer I have the Tera bundle for E3, I never received it in game

    Also I won a neon ninja cumulus cloud class and mount it downloaded to my xbox installed but is still locked in game. Need a little help here.
