I have been unable to pay or buy anything on my account for 4 months ...

All i am getting is the same email over and over saying you are looking into my issue but it has been 4 MONTHS since i contacted support and i am still unable to use my account to pay for a subscription or buy anything on it. It is unbelievable when i am
actually trying to spend money with microsoft that this issue still has not been resolved despite a massive amount of information being supplied.

Suspended (no reason ) no evidence

my account YouBxsterd has been suspended 1 month before gears of war 3 come out and 4 month before mw3 comes out and at this day i seen no msg back or anything im begging 2 think XBox is taking money from me i pay my games like normal people do and buy
1 gold live and people that pay without hacking knows that its not cheap.



Im sueing Xbox there takig my money away and forced me 2 buy a another account but im not going to do that for what so they banned me again for no reason

and yes im theating but i dont care if it make your company look back your american the world knows its corrupt

I have a question. I like to buy 1 Month of XBox Game pass BUT i cant buy it with my Money on My account. I dont have Paypal, Debitcard or something im only 13. How do i buy it with my money on my account (I had 3 month before it and had no money to buy

Perhaps you have no payment info entered? Or maybe check your account billing details/address etc. that could cause this issue. However, contacting xbox support by phone is the best option for you as they are the only people

who deal with billing issues.

 

Please contact Xbox Support and let them know you need an update for your issue.
