The system will download and install updates when you don't want it to yet it will not download puzzles you buy. You would think after 3 months it would have downloaded at least one group.

I have not been able to get into Microsoft Solitaire Collection since March 5th. What's up?

I have been playing Microsoft Solitaire Collection as a guest for about 2 years and have not been to access it 3 different times. The second time I signed into Xbox and was able to gain access. Now I have been unable to get into this game(except once)
since March 5th. I have sent several messages on Xbox with no response. Help.

Can't download stuff I bought, can't get useful support

I have been unable to download episodes from two different shows that I bought, on two different devices. The support has been useless and I just want my money back so I can buy it from a different service.

Have you had a chance to make sure you have sufficient storage space for the puzzles you're downloading? If you don't have enough room the download may have some trouble. Keep us in the loop with your current storage available.

Just a thought, I have bought and downloaded collection 4, do I or should I have bought collections 1-3 ?. Running out of luck with this, have tried deleting and reloading to no avail.

Some games require an internet connection to be able to play, you can find the requirements of the game on the box or the marketplace page

You need to have a Microsoft account to create an Xbox profile to then save your game progress and data and any digital content that is purchased has to be done from a Microsoft account as that is where the license for any digital content is stored.

If you have a Hotmail account, you can use it to set up the Microsoft account but I wouldn't recommend using it if you can't get in it. What is the error with the email? Is it just a forgotten password?

During Microsoft account creation you can create a new email as well to set up your Xbox profile with. It will be from Outlook.

If you bought it on disc it has to be installed to reduce load times. Otherwise, the disc reader can't keep up and you would experience a ton of lag.
