I have been trying to open xbox accessories for an hour and its been stuck at 0% data syncing

I will need you to follow the steps mentioned below in order to resolve your issue:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

If the issue still persists after going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 10-15 seconds plug all your cables back in and then restart your console.

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

It fixed it but its stuck in syncing 0%

I forgot to mention that i am able to navigate through my computer with alt+tab perfectly.

I've had no pop-ups in the background

I have also let it sit and load for 1-2 hours multiple times and nothing seem to change

The only popup i've had is the syncing data popup which as been stuck at 0% for 1-2 hours as well.

I'm pretty dry on solutions so my last hope is microsoft support tomorrow

May I know what did you tried so far to fix this problem?

In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed?

In the meantime, reinstalling the app didn't work?

Your Windows system and all the apps are up to date?

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

I've reinstalled the app twice and nothing happened, I have checked for updates and everything was up to date in both Microsoft store and windows but still the same issue.
