I have been trying to log into Xbox for months and it says my account doesn't exist

I changed my email a couple of months ago and ever since, when I try to download the new Xbox companion app on the MS store or log into my Xbox account, I get a message saying "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one". Obviously my account exists because I can login on Microsoft.com and it shows all my account details. I chatted with a MS representative that spent 3-1/2 hours trying to fix it only to completely mess up my computer requiring me to reset it. I can login to my MS account, but certain things like Xbox say my account doesn't exist. When I use my other email on my account to log in, I get a message saying I'm not connected to the internet which is insane because I'm literally using the internet right now. It looks like I'll never be able to use Xbox again after being a user for well over a decade. This is insanely frustrating and this is basically my last ditch effort before I move on forever. Please help.

Why can't I log into my xbox account? Every time I log in it says my account doesn't exist...I tried my other Microsoft accounts and its still saying the same thing your account doesn't exist. I don't recall deleting my account or confirming to have it
be taken down.

My main problem is that when I try to log in, is it says that account doesn't exist. But my account exist as I can see it in the friends list of my other account.
