i have been trying to cancel my xbox gamer pass for 1 month to no avil

my gamer pass wont let me unsubscribe - iv been trying for over 1 month

the only message i keep seeing is this

if you can't cancel it because of you have a pendent payment, you can't pay that using other method, so what i recommend is to call support so they can tell you if you can chanfe your payment method to other, they can help you

I bought the Xbox series X just for the flight sim, as I have the old Flight Sim X on my PC ,and as I am not a gamer could I try it out on the £1 Game Pass deal, waiting for the disc version to come out and then cancel game pass before my month is up, Thanks Again

i payed for Xbox live for 3 months 1 month ago. i then payed for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate i cancelled the game pass and it cancelled my Xbox Live as well. it shouldn't cancelled the Xbox live as well
