I have been suspended for someone hacking me

hi been suspended for someone hacking me 4 nuts ago and sending messages out now stuck at this page I have the name of person and reported them and u still ban me now I'm really upset and don't my ban removing and the person that has done it bannd the person
is called lizard member look in to my account u well see I have reported them this is unfair conduct to it own tacs now please can some one sort this out asap please

Got accused of hacking. I don't do things like that

I have been accused of hacking but I wouldn't have the first clue on how to. My games always run smoothly but people keep say I'm lagging or hacking. I use Bt fibre broadband and for most of the time it runs smoothly. I have now been suspended because someone
reported me of hacking but it's probably there poor broadband. This is just not fair

my account Cryptic Myst has been suspended because I was so called a hacker when i was not hacking at all and i never have been in the act of hacking so my suspension has to be cleared thank you.

 

4 people have looked at this now can someone come and talk to me please to get this sorted

 

ryt got loads of people looking at it were is the enforcement team that is meant to be helping out u banned me for someone else I have been with Xbox since Xbox first ever come out and never been banned never broke it tacs then some hacks me dose this and
I'm banned joke think u need to look in to this again and remove my ban don't care it' only for 24 hours this is my account and pay good money to u

 

The enforcement team can only be contacted via enforcement.xbox.com through the case review process. However 24hr suspensions are not eligible for that. If you feel your account was accessed by someone else you will need to contact official support to open
