    I created a live account when I purchased an Xbox. The account was created on the console so it never signed me into an outlook or anything, I was only able to add a recovery email. Now i cannot gain access to my account to cancel my gamepass subscription I am being charged for. I’ve tried to reset the password but being a new account there’s not a whole lot of information I cant go off the gain access other than card details and Xbox gamer tag which apparently isn’t enough.

    Is there any work around?

    Microsoft service had a temporary issue withing sign-in service across all platforms (XBOX, Hotmail, etc). From what I could tell, this issue has been resolved and service across all Microsoft platforms have been restored.

    The way we have it set up is: originally, I downloaded my account onto her console. From her console, I signed into my xbox live account and set her console as my home xbox. Then I signed out of my account and logged back on via my console. So thru this,
    she has been getting all access to my games and shares xbox live gold with me.
