I have been scammed by Xbox Lie user [Mod Removed]

All of my claims can be verified by voice messages and Xbox live messages, as well as the transactions on Madden Ultimate Team and via Instagram messages if necessary.

After a game of Madden Ultimate Team head to head, I was contacted by Xbox Live user
[Mod Removed]. He described a giveaway option that he was holding. I was extremely skeptical about this and I told him that I did not wish to participate. He then contacted me via voice and asked me why, and I told him I didn't believe him.
He then sent me a message and asked me to add him on Instagram so that he can show me the video proof. He then supplied videos on Instagram and YouTube (that he has since deleted) that verified that he would do what he descried as a "double coin giveaway."
This "giveaway" involved him giving people double the coin worth of a player so that he can boost views on his Instagram page and YouTube. It still sounded too good be true, but I thought, okay, with the videos and the proof, maybe I should go for it. He
also put me on a party where he was doing it with other people.

However, I should have trusted my instinct. I should have asked for the coins up front. What he did is asked me what players I had and to send him a snapshot on Instagram. I did that. He then told me what players I should put up on the trade block and
what players he would give me in return for 3,000,000 coins. Again, I know it sounds too good to be true, but I didn't think someone would go this far for an elaborate scheme on a video game. I was dead wrong. As soon as I traded him the players, he then
proceeded to rub it in my face that it was a scheme and that he just conned me out of my players and that he had no intention of trading me the 3,000,000 in coins for the player that I put up for auction that he intended on trading me for.

Why am I writing you this? While it would be nice to get my players and/or coins back, I realize that may not be a possibility. However, on the link provided below, that I found on Reddit, it seems that he has used the same exact scheme to con other players
as well. Even more than getting my players back or coins, I would love to see this particular person be held accountable for scamming others. I realize it is my fault and that I should have gone with my gut instinct, but it is not okay for this type of conduct
to happen.

91 Ovr Alex Smith, 92 Ovr Barry Church, 91 Ovr Cordy Glenn, 92 Kony Ealy (upgraded through milestones), 92 Ovr Mike Wallace SB Past (upgraded through Milestones), 91 Ovr Sammy Watkins, 91 Ovr Ronald Leary, and 91 Ovr Logan Ryan.

My username is on Xbox Live, and I can share the chats that I have saved with him as well. Please let me know if there is any further information that I can provide. Like I said, it would be nice to have my items or coins, but more than anything,
DO NOT LET PUNKS LIKE THIS SCAM ANYONE ELSE!

Scam

I have recently been scammed of a 3 month xbox live card, the Gamertags of this player are [Mod removed]. I would Like

him banned, i hope you guys overlook this and ban him for scamming, this seems to Happen a lot and the 2nd time ive been scammed

They scammed the following items and are holding them rasom

[Mod Removed] took Deion Sanders, Jerry Rice Pro bowl, Antonio Gates (99)

Please ban them from Xbox Ido not want this to happen to anyone else.

They think it is funny!

If you haven't already, you'll want to file a complaint on him via the console so the enforcement team can look into it. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

 

Do I have do do it via the console? Or can I do it on the cpu? Also, should I resubmit without user info?

 

Complaints can only be filed via the console.

 

I typed out a huge complaint and the comment didn't seem like it attached. I entered it but it didn't show up on the "Add Comment" section once I hit enter. Hope it went through. Also, how will I know if it ever goes anywhere?

 

Sometimes the enforcement team will send out a thank you email to you, but ultimately there is no way to know for sure.
