I have been removed from the Ambassador program!

Hello!

Today i recieved an email saying:

(This email is to inform you that you have been removed from the Ambassador program, due to a patterns of cheating in the program on this account.)

Me and a friend of my both used the Ambassador program to help people. But after i got the email i asked why do i get this.

Then he admits he had boosted the chats to earn some Avatar Items.. But i never cheated in any way this program.

I know there are rules and whatever is happening on your account is your responsibility.

And i understand if you don't reverse this but i just wanted to say this.

I hope i can help people again in the chats.

I build a big support group with some of my friends here on Ambassador. Would be painfull to let it end this way.

Removed as Ambassador

Hello everyone I have recently joined the Ambassador Program, and until today i reciveved a message stating that i have been removed from the program

 

I was removed from Xbox Ambassador Program

I was removed from the Xbox Ambassador Program on January 8th 2017. I spoke to a support agent and said that I shouldn't have been removed from the Program because I have Xbox Live Gold and no Enforcement Actions on my account. I'd like to be back in the
program because I really enjoy helping the Xbox Community. Admins if you see this I'd appreciate you putting me back in the Program as I've been an ambassador for almost 2 years. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about your removal. Ultimately this would fall under the fact that you have already pointed out, which is that your account security is your own responsibility at all times. The ambassador team are very thorough and compassionate so I am sure
they didn't come to this decision lightly. You are however, more than welcome to help all of these people on the forums. You don't need to be an ambassador to do that and as you can see, there are many in need of the help.

Yeah it's just i have been more then a year in the program.. Takes a long time to rank up.. Just such a waste that it is gone now.. But i understand about the removel. I won't deny that there was cheating on my account. But thanks anyway!

 

You are more than welcome buddy. Again, I am sorry to hear about the removal.

 

If I were you I would seriously look into changing my password and signing out of my account, both on the computer and the console, when not in use.

Your friend doesn't sound like too much of a friend if he used your account to cheat and not his own. Who knows if he uses your account to cheat at games or not.

 

Yeah i already did.. Nahh don't think so. He only entered the Ambassador site via my email not on the console.
