Having the same problem too. Until today, I was able to play but could not collect the 5 tickets / 20 coin reward for the last month.

Very frustrating....hopefully, Microsoft will fix this problem but don't hold your breath.

I have been getting this message as well when attempting to play the Daily Challenge Crossword. I tried several times earlier today as well as just now, and it still won't open.

I would never pay that much for a game collection. Not a chance. I'd rather buy the games separate months apart then buy 10 games I would not have enough time to play. Guarantee that half of those games won't even get played by whoever buys that.

I had the same problem, here's what worked for me: Open Microsoft Store, go to your Library and then Games, choose the game you want to play (or the Solitary Collection itself) and press Open/Play, then accept or deny cookies.

The game started for me when I did this and now I can open the Solitary Collection as normal. Hope this helps.

Trying to play microsoft solitaire collection. Keep getting an error code that isn't found. Says I'm not connected. I have done every troubleshooting and restarted my computer and the game. It still won't work.

I had downloaded and played a free game then had trouble with my Microsoft Collection. After several other tries I finally uninstalled the game and then turned off the computer and restarted my collection then started to work.
