    Just to add,the enforcement forums are not used anymore & haven't been since last year so your post wont get approved.

    As Hydro said,filing for a case review on the enforcement site is your only option.

    If you have done that & the decision was upheld then that's it,there is nothing you can do to ever get that account back.

  2. I'm sorry to hear man, like I said these people don't care and are too quick to dismiss and the enforcement process is a waste of time. You've ultimately paid the price for xbox neglegance to stick to policy and have lost your account through xbox's mistake
    of not using a bit of initiative and sticking to their one refund policy. All you can do now is either start again if you feel you can, but assume your trust is now lost in microsoft?

    The policy is no refunds but that has been relaxed a bit lately.

    How is the enforcement process a waste of time?

    The op has been thoroughly investigated,bans are not handed out lightly & if they have filed for a case review then they have been thoroughly investigated twice.

    People who are issued with a ban tend not to tell the whole truth when posting on the forums.I'm not saying the op isn't but in my experience I suspect there's more to this & that is why they are banned.

    Because things should be thouroughly investigated with hardware to which hasnt been taken into consideration. Truth or not to this , if enforcement are throwing the book and shouting shame, and that people should stick to the code of conduct, then microsoft
    should also stick to policy, no relaxation about it. It cannot be one rule gor one and one for another. If microsoft have given a refund then they have in turn aided in this and are also responsible if code of conduct wants to be trown about. If the policy
    is no refunds then the customer service operatives surrounding this case should also be disciplined, like I said the process should be fair and unboased which it seems to be surrounding the defraudment aspect, I'm not defending the above just fighting for
    fairness and equality wether its good or bad, you would think microsoft prides itself with fairness but obvioualy not and many do get scapegoated even if they have further questions.

  5. I think the thing people need to take away from this is that asking for a refund is different from demanding a refund, by asking you ask and microsoft support should look at their policy and say I'm sorry sir/madam unless you can prove a genuine fault then
    we cannot issue a refund, not just issue one then flag people after. When you demand a refund you have to face the consequences afterwards if microsoft do infact issue a refund, you accept responsibility for your actions when demanding something from someone.
    Thus implying you have demanded z amount of refunds and you accept the consequences, no relaxation about it if people will just get flagged for "asking" for a refund.

    going to probably follow an issue in small claims court and see who shows up because every time I talk to Microsoft they had their lips tied shut about this enforcement and all that is is a beta program designed to make money for Microsoft they issue a band
    when they release a million gamertags at $10 a gamertag so in the theory of just how numbers exist Banning a ridiculous amount of people will ultimately make them money.Marius de Roman.

    Sorry you're having issues with your enforcement action. Please note the links posted previously in this thread that go to enforcement, as they're the only ones who can assist with this. Additionally this thread is a little old, and it looks like the OP
    has their answer. If you have other issues please create a new thread of your own so the community can help with your exact issue.

    PS. Usually when legal action is mentioned against MS, the mods lock the threads up as they cannot discuss anything pertaining to litigation.

    No, no one has suggested that it could be a hardware issue, no my product is no longer in warranty as only the first year of owning my xbox One was I'm warranty. If I had known it was a hardware issue I would of not of asked for a refund I would of taken
    other steps I was told to log Into another profile and currently I don't have access to another xbox. I was trying to launch hi res games. And my xbox was stored in a cabinet so I would never check it as I could turn my xbox on via controller. My account
    is still banned and when I posted this messaged to the enforcement fourm it got rejected as a mod has to approve it first.

    Doesn't smell like a code generator at all IamOldTestament if you read the original post. People have problems with digital content all the time and because it doesn't happen to you doesn't mean it doesn't happen to anyone else. If the enforcers don't make
    these desicions lightly then they should have enough time to investigate all aspects including hardware and asking if its still in warranty and making sure everything is fine to then lool why customer support broke policy and gave more than one refund essentially
    entrapping in a perma ban,

    I think is quite rash and immature of the enforcement team to not let people air there voice that maybe not all fault is with who the account is owned by, since only enforcers can uplift a ban which is usually made very rapid and not often changed, gives
    me concern that customer service and enforcment team dont communicate very well together and that is why most people who recieve a ban albeit tempory or permanent may be unjust.

    smells like an xbox live code generator to me. trying to solicit money from microsoft. i personally reported that to one of the xblpet a year ago. that one of those hacks that can generate codes, hacks that generate account, etc. now its paying off
