    My account has been permanently suspended for foul language and I think I use some foul language but that because people curse me out online and send me hate messages I was in this game and these kids joined my party and started to it's me out and they said
    that they were going to tell their friends to report me and then I was in a party today and it said I couldn't talk to anyone so I called and spoke to a representative named Royal and he is trying to help me.

    Why did I get banned again?

    I have been to that link a hundred times and all it says is that I "violated terms and conditions". I just don't see how you could ban be twice for the same thing.

    I Got Banned For Playing A Game Of Grand Theft Auto. (Which A Gaming Console If For)

    Hi There, I received a permanent ban on my account "R3V3RS3 K1LL3R." Now it says I violated the terms of service, but 2 days prior I was banned for 2 weeks for communications. And then I got banned for, 9999 years. But the ban was for harassment abuse and
    threats. How could I abuse or harass or threat anyone on the xbox live community if I couldn't send messages? I have done a case review and they've said "decision upheld." Now is there anything else I can do? Because I'm pretty sure that the people that reported
    me reported me on multiple accounts, which is a violation of the terms and service. In short they violated the terms of service not me.

    If you are harassed in xbox live just report the harassing person and block him/her from further abuse. Retaliating is a breach of the Code of Conduct and object to enforcement act.
