I have been locked out of my Microsoft account and when I try to log back in it says try...

The thing is that when i try to log in it says it is locked and says send a account form

On xbox it says fix this on the web when i try to log in. And when i try to log in on the web, it says account locked and to sumbit a account form to reunlock it which i did last october but did not receive a reply

It says it has been locked out for breaking microsoft terms and conditions. But I dont recall doing anything because I made the account, downloaded some games, and then logged off my pc. I havent used it and came back to it with this.

Except to my knowledge I have never linked my Microsoft account and PSN before trying to do so today. I only recently linked my Java edition minecraft to my Microsoft account, and today thought I'd try the Playstation version of the game. When I log into my microsoft account it says it is already connected to a different account.

How can I find out which Microsoft account has been linked to my PSN?

Hello so I have been trying to log in on Minecraft on PS4 to play better with friends but when I try to login it says login failed your Microsoft account is already logged in, please use your Microsoft account, I've tried to search for answers but nothing is working so I tried to log out of Minecraft on Android and then try again but I still get the same message, idk why it is doing this can someone please help?
