I was banned and locked out of my account at 2 in the afternoon but didn’t get the email until 1030 pm

So which one would that be?

Is he locked out because of a ban or is this to do the new TOU's (terms of use) I had to get my dad on here because it would not let me into my account, but why there doing this is to make shure that the person accepting the TOU's is the adult. but is it
not letting him on because of it not registering it?

I set up my microsoft / xbox account years ago under another email. I do not know that password and can't recover it because I don't have access to the email. Now, I am locked out completely, as the passkey was entered wrong 3x by my son, and it is prompting
me to put in my password for the email I used initially to set it up. I don't have this.

So there’s no information that directly applies to me on that link. I have never received an email to why I was banned from my console. I have never been banned before or done anything to be banned. And I have to buy a whole new Xbox because I was banned for reasons no one can explain. Because my account works fine, I logged in on his Xbox and it worked fine. My console was banned for no reason in my understanding until I get an email or phone call directly.
