I have been invited but havent gotten any messages or updates, its been a weeks!

I have gotten invited on 8/10/15 and its now 8/30/15 and I havent gotten any messages or updates to my console. I contacted xbox through chat support and the told me I have been invited but I havent accepted it, but theres nothing to accept, I cant find
any emails, xbox messages or updates. I went to the early access forums and it shows Group not found, However a chat xbox representative told me I was already a member?

Didn't receive message after xbox preview invite

I've been invited to xbox preview twice and i still havent received my message. its been about 2 weeks since ive been invited. please help!!

Please avoid posting personal information (e-mails, serial numbers, etc.). Hang tight and wait for an Xbox Support member to review this thread. They should be able to grant you access to the preview forums so you can post in the preview support registration
forums to see what is going on.

If you haven't actually been accepted yet, there's a good change you may not at this point as the program is nearly, if not already, full.

 

I just spoke to a chat representative who told me to post this for admins lol maybe I got confused. He also stated I was accepted, they just needed me to confirm but I guess something just got out of whack and I didnt get an email or something so he said
it didnt fully complete because of that yet I have no idea whats going on lol. Ill be waiting around for an admin. Really eager to play arcade games. :\

 

Is it possible to get re-invited or something to get the message to show up so I can accept it?
