I have been incorrectly suspended from Xbox Live services, and support refuses to help.

I was originally suspended from xbox live communication services on 3/21/17 for inappropriate communications. After my suspension ended, I have not send a single message that warranted any discriminatory/vulgar remarks to anyone. However, on 3/29, I received
an additional suspension for the exact same reasoning. Believing this was due to something that took place prior to my original suspension, I tried to appeal. I was unsuccessful, which leads me to believe that who ever reviewed my appeal hardly looked into
it and did not review any of my messages sent to other Xbox live members since my last suspension. After chatting with xbox live support, they did not provide me with any reasoning or more information in who I can get into contact with regarding this situation.

Posting on this forum has led me to absolutely zero help, and all I am wanting is to talk with someone regarding what exactly warranted my suspension. There has been an error made on their end that needs to be corrected.

Unfortunately Support have steered you incorrectly, as the forum has a no name and shame policy. Posting the person's name is more likely to get you suspended from here than it is the offender from LIVE.

My XBOX live account has been suspended and i i rang the xbox support telephone number then he said to come on here and i have been on holiday for a week and i came back today and my Xbox live has been suspended till 31/12/9999 please help me

 

Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so can't help.

None of my questions were answered. I was not given exact proof that warranted my suspension. Though no proof exists, and I don't see I should be punished from using XBL's services. You can keep pushing this issue under the rug all you want, I want this
mistake corrected, and until it is, I am going to continue pressing this issue.

 

All suspension-related issues are handled at
http://enforcement.xbox.com. Xbox support has no control over the suspension system; bans are entirely dealt with and issued by Xbox Enforcement.

Log in with your account, click the orange hammer, and you can view more details about your suspension. If eligible, you can submit a
case review.

Customer representatives over Xbox Support and the forums are unable to assist with suspensions. The Enforcement team does not post here.

 

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to you will not be shown "exact proof" due to privacy.

Carrying on creating threads about the same thing will only get you banned from the forums.

 

If Xbox support won't help me, then who will? Who can I talk directly that will fix the mistake enforcement has made?

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. The only way to contact them is the case review. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.
