    I have been having issues purchasing backwards compatible games


    The game will say backwards compatible, I'll select purchase, but it tells me I'm unable to purchase at this time. Happens on both Xbox one and Xbox.com. example Silent Hill HD Collection.

    I'm not. I've tried with my credit cards and PayPal. Works fine with other xbox one games, not backwards compatible titles.

    The game is definitely backwards compatible. There have been a lot of people having issues with purchasing backwards compatible games from the site, but I haven't seen a solution yet. Unfortunately the only other way around it is purchasing it from a 360.

    How to buy Oblivion for xbox one x ?

    The One store/website have never been updated to work with the currency system for backwards compatible content. The only way to purchase backwards compatible games with the funds on your account is through a 360 console.
