I have been harassed and targeted based on my beliefs and Xbox refuses to take action

I was recently attacked and coms banned over different beliefs the individual made it clear that they did it not out of a wish to make Xbox better but because I have a belief that differs to there I have reported the message and they haven't been banned and this isn't the first time something like this has happened so I'm posting it here in the hopes a human sees this and punishes this clears act of harassment. And it upsets me that this is acceptable behaviour according to the report bot [mod removed]

I had thought so but is there seriously no way I can get this looked at because this is the 5th time this has happened and non of the previous times any action has been taken when I'm sure you can agree that is targeted harassment based on belief

The enforcement team does not use the forums so no one here can ban them. As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate them and take the appropriate action. Not everything is automated.

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. According to the Xbox Support website, reporting harmful content and behavior is far better than retaliating when you feel you’re being harassed. Retaliation is never the answer, and harmful words or actions, even when used in self-defense, will result in an enforcement if reported.

If you have reported a player for racial abuse and no action has been taken, it could be because the Xbox team has not yet completed their investigation. Xbox won’t target specific names for discriminatory reasons, and each action they take is issued only after a thorough investigation determines that the content is offensive on the Xbox network.

Hey there Envy! There's no way for someone to call and have your account or console banned. The agents on phone and chat are not the same agents that handle enforcement action.

That said, if you're still worried about your account being compromised, please make sure all your security info is up to date and maybe even change it up a little bit. Make sure your password and email are not known to anyone else, and that your security proofs
are solely under your control.
