my microsoft account has been hacked and 3 games ordered and paid for with paypal how done this ? i have the tags of the person it was sent to that i do not know quizzyfishy x 2 games and one game to mr adams 05 over 3 days they took these games that come
to a total of £154.97 what can i do about getting microsoft to remove theses games and give me my money back i have all the details 0f where the digital games have gone and numbers

I dont know how tondeal with the hacking part but you should remove your paypal from xbox so they cant use it any more

Please immediately log in to
https://account.microsoft.com and change the password for your account. I would also recommend clicking on the Security link and turn on 2 Factor Authentication

Then you can log in to
https://beta.support.xbox.com and click on Contact Us and ask to be escalated due to a hacked account. A Microsoft Advocate can help you better from there.

You need to authenticate your accout with a 2 step factor, it is sooo easy...

Immediately go to your Microsoft account and change the password, update all security there. Then contact Microsoft and tell them what has happened. They can get it looked and get your money back

Gifting Points is a nice idea to people you know. But as suggested by others you are better off buying the right card and sending that person the code, or maybe ordering a code and having it emailed to that person.

If gifting was enabled through LIVE I dread to think what some of the mods, hacks and other 'services' there would be on offer....
