    cannot buy anything on the xbox live marketplace and system keeps signing me out when i start a game up or go back to the dashboard

    I've been getting error code 80153410 every time i try to purchase something. i have tried all of the suggestion on the troubleshooting page for this error code and i have spoken with an xbox support employee. xbox support made matters worse because now
    not only does that error code come up every time i attempt to make a purchase, i also keep getting signed out of my profile, cannot customize my avatar, and i cannot download my profile, basically i can't do anything but play games i have already purchased
    and play free demos, i paid for these microsoft points, i want to use them!!!!!! someone help! i have been having this problem for almost a month!

    Anyone know what this error code relates to? - 0x80070001

    I just bought the Division & have put the game in to play & am getting the error code 0x80070001 when i attempt to install.

    Its brand new out of the box, disc looks in immaculate condition.

    I have attempted to add the code to the error codes section at xbox.com/errorhelp but there is no help on the error.

    this errorcode is related to the Division servers themselves and is an ingame errorcode. The best thing to do is to go to the support forums for this game.

    I've been having this problem for a few days now. Every time I try I get a message. Choose another item. This in app purchase item is no longer available in microsoft jigsaw. Followed by a different error code every single attempt. Hope this is fixed

    Xbox One, Dolby Atmos - 3 months since it worked correctly

    This issue is frustrating, but where are you experiencing it not working? I do get it to work when playing The Division 2, but with headphones it seems like I have to run the Dolby App every time I reboot the console to get it to work properly again.

    I am having the exact same problem. Everything has been fine for months and after the patch suddenly there are random times when I cannot connect. My xbox connects to the internet but not LIVE. Interesting note: I am also in the Vancouver area... Comox
