I have been getting alot of messages regarding my new gamertag.

Just yesterday i made this new gamer tag Weud and i have been getting messages saying my gt sucks and stuff. I have proof messages and hate on game chat. Some things like what does that mean, thats so stupid, etc. Its been very annoying and im requesting
a gamertag change, i just want to have fun, not argue.

Sorry, but support gives incorrect information about this. It's not possible to get a free name change. If you're being harrassed, you need to file complaints and block communications on those people. No one here can give you a free name change.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with people not liking the tag you picked. You have a couple of options. You can block communications with any of the users, or change your communication preferences to Friends Only. If any of them are breaking the Terms
of Use, or Code of Conduct you can report the through your console.

If you want to change your gamertag, you will have to pay for the change. If the Enforcement Team were to issue a Forced Name Change (that is only for tags that break the CoC or ToU), the system will automatically issue a new name. If the user doesn't like
that one, they would still have to pay for the name change.

If you cannot afford a name change you can join Live Rewards and Bing Rewards if they are offered in your region and earn credits overtime which can be turned into currency you can than use toward your name change.

Keep in mind, just because you change your name doesn't mean the messages will stop. Ignore the ones sending you the messages and they will get bored and more on to someone else.

i've seen cloud on the happy wars forums x) i wanna change my gamertag but my billing is set to USA but i dont know any passwords or codes to change it as my currency is £ and i have enough but it doesnt let me on computer

 

Yes Iv'e Seen people Even Discomplement Gamertags That are Awesome, So there Just Jealous.
